Permanent, natural-looking tooth replacement

Why choose dental implants?

Dental implants are the gold standard for tooth replacement because they look, feel, and function just like the real thing. Unlike dentures or bridges, implants are placed directly into the jawbone to mimic the root of a natural tooth. This creates a stable foundation for a crown, bridge, or even a full set of teeth.

How we set the bar

At AVI, your implant case is digitally planned for precision, safety, and comfort. Using custom surgical guides, we make placement as accurate and minimally invasive as possible. You’ll know exactly what to expect before treatment begins — and enjoy results built to last.

Guided surgery for accuracy and comfort

We don't “eyeball” your implant placement, we use digital guides for precision every time. This ensures safety, comfort, and predictable outcomes.

See your results before you start

Digital smile design lets you preview your final result before treatment begins so you can actually see how it’ll look, make adjustments where needed, and get excited about the potential.

Transparent pricing

We keep things affordable without compromising quality. Our focus on implants allows us to cut the overhead, insurance burdens, and fluff so you can get the quality of a luxury dental practice at a more affordable price.

Frequently Asked Questions

A dental implant is a replacement for the root of a missing tooth - the part of the tooth that you don't see. The implant is carefully placed into your jawbone much like how a drywall anchor goes into a wall, creating a strong base. One it heals, a crown or bridge attaches to it to replace the part of the tooth you CAN see, thus completing the replacement of the full tooth.

It comes down to the materials, technology, and expertise required to provide them. An implant is made up of several precision parts, each with its own cost, and the equipment used to place them is advanced. Add to that the years of training required to do the procedure safely and successfully, and the investment makes sense. At AVI, we keep our costs lower than most offices by focusing exclusively on implants, veneers, and crowns and by eliminating insurance involvement.

Surprisingly not! In fact, most patients are amazed at how quick and easy the process feels. With modern anesthesia and guided placement, the discomfort is minimal. Many people only need over the counter medicine for a couple of days afterward, and some don’t need anything at all.

No. For most single-tooth or even multi-tooth cases, general anesthesia isn’t needed. Local anesthesia keeps the area numb and comfortable, and we also offer conscious sedation options to help keep you relaxed through the entire procedure.

In most ways, yes! A bridge relies on other teeth to hold in a replacement for a missing tooth, whereas an implant does not. They frequently look more natural and are easier to maintain than a bridge, and they have a much lower chance of failing than a bridge. They truly are the ideal replacement for a missing tooth.

Dr Turner and all of his staff are very friendly and go out of their way to insure a pleasant experience. It is refreshing in this age of corporate cookie cutter dentistry to find a dentist that takes an interest in me as a person. I am not just a number on a file.

Kwaku S.

Turner is without a doubt the best dentist I have ever been to. He took the time to educate me about my teeth in a way that helped me understand why certain parts of my dental care are more or less important than others and how I can keep my teeth healthy and it was all personalized to me. He did a very thorough exam, explained what he was doing and why he was doing it, and kept me at ease. The dental cleaning was thorough and the dental hygienist was professional and personable. The office is modern and gorgeous (I only got a picture of the waiting room because I loved all of the fall-themed decor but the rest of the office also looked new and very nice).

Dr. Turner clearly cares about his patients and his profession, and loves educating which made for the best dental experience I've ever day, I can't recommend this place enough!!!

Sofiya D.

Dr. Turner has been my dentist for the past 5 years. He’s thorough, kind and his staff are all extremely pleasant. Sometimes teeth cleaning can be anxiety provoking but not here.
